The Making Waves team is working with New Forest-based artist, Trudi Lloyd Williams, on a marine art project focusing on jellyfish and plastic pollution. The aim of the project is to raise awareness about local marine wildlife and encourage people to help care for the seas by reducing their plastic bottle consumption. Workshops will be run with four primary schools and at public events in the New Forest and West Sussex. The workshops will focus on creating jellyfish sculptures out of plastic bottles, which will be suspended from large umbrellas and exhibited across the region.
